Information and working arrangements
The portal gives you access to your own application, documents, working records and self-billing invoices. Keep your details accurate, use your own account and submit only documents you are entitled to provide.
Your signed working and self-billing agreements govern those arrangements. This notice does not replace them or sign a new agreement on your behalf.
Rates, invoices and estimated payment
Rates depend on the agreed route and any approved extras. Website examples are not a binding quote. The portal distinguishes an estimated payment week from a recorded payment; an estimate is not evidence that money has been transferred.
Report an incorrect day, amount or document to the office promptly through My work queries or the contact above. Issued financial records may need a formal correction rather than being overwritten. Nothing here changes your rights under an applicable agreement or law.
Responsible use and availability
Keep account credentials private. Do not use another person’s account, submit misleading records, attempt unauthorised access or upload harmful files. Tell the office if you suspect a security problem.
Internet access and maintenance can affect availability. A “No connection” message does not confirm the current state of your account or payments. Keep any downloaded documents secure; a device can retain them after you close the app.
